A consulting partnership between two friends who met while working at a children's charity. We each left those jobs, went on our own sidequest, but now we're back.
What do we do best? Help organizations support their local community.

Who are we?
Megan Hillier-Geisler (left), a psychic Pisces, is really good at network building, creative problem solving, and research (literally, she has a PhD).
Elyse Meardon (right), a mouthy Gemini, is really good at fundraising partners and rethinking systems (management, boards, funding, all of it!)
Just two pals, nonprofiting hard
Megan moved back to Indiana and received her PhD in Philanthropy from the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. Their dissertation explores personal stories and how they teach us to give. She oversaw over 8,000 graduate students as President of Student Government. They also serve as the treasurer of a community camp nonprofit board.
Elyse took a job at a local Portland, OR nonprofit organization. They tackled learning an entirely new industry serving as the Executive Director of a social services agency. Her work stabilized the organization, rebuilding fundraising mechanisms, enhancing strategy, and partnering with other community organizations to best serve the community.
